    Great day today. Got in 6 laps before 8am at the park, just under 12k. Then had a good swim late afternoon at the muban pool, constant laps for 45 minutes. Then just got back from the best. I have been increasing my jogging, now at about 50% on some days. Just go back from 6.2 K in 45 minutes a personal best. Have a creamy chicken casserole made up so am happy.

    Well done, ao. How long are your run/walk intervals? (time wise or distance wise)

    I'm just back from a 10km walk/run effort in 62 minutes - 60s run/30s walk.

    dont use that function. I drink about 5 to six liters a day. Seems to be enough.

    Good or bad enough turned into a bit of a slave to exercise, dont need a device to tell me to drink more water...

    Damn good numbers AO. Hopefully will be doing the same in the future.


    6 laps was the best I ever did of that park. Was just under 12 Km. Was probably close to 1:45 time wise (Dill can give the exact number), just remember crawling back to my car and Slap posting up a 500km jog in 23 minutes later the day.

    5 x10 min sessions in steam room
    5 x1 minute seshes in ice pool
    and
    5 x10 laps of pool.
    Free water and for lunch a bowl of Tom Yum Goong..... with 7 shrimps today

    A nice healthy, skin cleansing detoxifying, relaxing Sunday day out.

    Could only jog 3km today before having to walk home.

    Only had one day off in the last 10 days and have a sharp pain the me lower left calf, and a dull pain on the outside of me right knee.

    Stretched and had them massaged before heading out, but didn't help much.

    Guess it's a day off jogging tomorrow. :/

    I twisted my ankle yesterday, shitty uneven Park. luckily no sprain or break this time, and that's the last time I'm even gonna try and jog here.
    I'll just continue to enjoy rucking my 6 and half kilometres. I hear beachwalking is meant to be good too but slower.
    Getting bored of walking round same park now, gotta find some new places
    I have a right bug for it now ang get grumpy until I get out there
