Max heart rate 180bpm, surprised you've not had a heart attack in that heat.
You must be super fit now.

Need to get back on this health kick..

8 sets of Tricep pulldowns just done, dinner's in the microwave. Perfect.

I don't possess one of those nancy boy fitbot apps. I just run until my bollox start to ache.

Since returning from fair Naypyitaw, my daily exercise has taken a hit because I'm limited in what I can safely do:

    - No cycle anymore. Too dangerous with all the twats on motorbikes and driving cars when drunk and/or being imbeciles, (I miss my daily 20 Km fast cycle ride around the lakes in Naypyitaw).
    - No going to the gym (haven't yet found a gym within reasonable distance).
    - I still jog 5 Km every morning before work because I managed to rent a shithole house that was opposite the only running track in town. The dogs there seem to be OK and haven't chased me yet.
    - I screwed my pull-up bar across the door-frame, so can do chins and pulls.
I bought a 10Kg dumbell for arm muscle work (I really need 15 Kg but the shop didn't sell this weight).

I'm in Ranong only temporarily until I find a better location in Thailand where I can safely cycle and jog from my front door. (So any suggestions? I know Nong Khai has a wide and long promenade that I've used before for cycling and running).

It's an olympic pool but they got the lanes going cross wise so a lap is 50 meters. Takes me just over a minute for a lap.....my swim time was about the same as your run

My new years resolution was to exercise less. So far I'm managing it pretty well.

    Winning.

    ^ Lazy git.

Speaking of which, that 9km is it for the next 3 days of horizontal sofa-ing.

25 ab crunches every 2km. Being horizontal is currently all I'm just about good for.

Just trying to picture Luigi in my mind.

Walking around a park for 2 hours at a sedate long striding pace, then every half an hour dropping down to do 25 ab crunches

I've gotta find this park and witness that

Although walking speeds can vary greatly depending on many factors such as height, weight, age, terrain, surface, load, culture, effort, and fitness, the average human walking speed at crosswalks is about 5.0 kilometres per hour (km/h)

    When's this fun run starting?

    Not really.

15 minutes stopped time for 25 ab crunches and stretching me giraffe legs every 2 km.

If I'd have known calling you a hippo would upset you this much I'd have done it much.... much sooner.

^ just trying to help you understand the figures you're uploading here mate before you embarass yourself further, or worse.....on myfitnesspal.com

A pedometer is a small electronic device used to count how many steps you take. Most are worn at the waist and measure your steps by detecting the movement of your hips with each step. People often wear a pedometer when they've set a goal for themselves to walk a certain distance each day for physical fitness or as a part of their weight loss plan. During setup, some pedometers require users to enter their stride length, which can be determined by height and weight.

    1.

Measure your height, from the soles of your feet to the top of your head, then step on your scale to get your current weight.

    2.

Determine your stride length using your height. While this is not as accurate as some other methods, it can give you a close estimate of your stride length. For women, simply multiply 0.413 by your height in centimeters. Men should multiply 0.415 by their height in centimeters. Round off the answer to the nearest whole number and this equals your stride length in centimeters.
Right, lets round you up and call you 5 foot 8... or 172.72 centimetres

    Times that by 0.415

Now...your stride length actually equals 71.6788 of a metre..... or half of what you are claiming. To get a stride length of 1.4 metres you would actually need a giraffe
