    ^Good stuff, James. Not an 8am person, but did 45 mins of intervals on the treadmill. 5% incline for two mins, and then 2% incline recovery 1 min on each at 3.2 mph. Also did weights for lower body - squats, leg press, leg curl, inner/outer abductor. Weigh in for week one is tomorrow, been a decent week for me.
    I am counting my calories, at 1500 per day. I figured out my BMR and TDEE, which has led me to figure out a deficit per day.. so it is a lot of work but will be worth it in the long run . I am tracking everything I eat, and trying to cut out the junk, most sugar and cut down on the coffee as well as I was drinking a lot of sweet drinks.

    2 sausages and 2 eggs on a sandwich with brown sauce.

    Kimchi stew with rice.

    Then lifted 10 pints of lager and some Monster Munch followed by a kebab.

    Phew!

    ^Starbucks adding some sweet syrup into a latte. Cutting back on Starbucks, making my own keurig coffee and adding stevia as a sweetener instead.

    I'm.not trying to be condescending, but why don't you just order a normal-sized espresso or something?

    I would never go to Starbucks cos the coffee is wank and they are a load of kunts, but it wouldn't trouble me in terms of weight if I did.

    Had the shits last week after my mammoth bender last weekend so have lost some tub. Weight is easy for me to lose anyway cos I do exercise and follow the basic mantra of more out and less in.

    Some days.



    And no, I'm not a big fatty, but I guess I'm just lucky that I keep an eye on my weekends and make sure they don't become my weekdays.

    Took TNY out for 5km morning park jogs twice this week, and was a bit impressed as she's never done it before.


    Start by stretching and loosening out.





    Fancy designer facial hair for the nearly-middle-aged man with an ever fattening face.


    Now that I've seen the pics I think I'll shave it. A fat face can't be worse than that.




    Mixed running laps with walk and chat laps as she came down with a case of the stitches.

    1 stitch in her side due to shoveling down 15,000 tones of rice just before leaving, and being in stitches at me lumourous quips n one-liners.





    Day 1 was 5km in 44mins.

    Day 2 was 5km in 41 mins.


    TNY's got East African limbs. Another 2 seshs and I rex she'll be bounding past me like a new Dill nik on the repo ladder.

    Things are going pretty good with the workouts and diet. I have been having really bad insomnia over the last few weeks or more, and that is not helping. I did a serious workout in the gym a few nights ago. An hour walk outside yesterday. Been doing a mix of yoga, weights, and cardio. Been getting compliments on my skin lately, healthy face/glow. I have been eating pretty clean, makes a difference.

    I'll be swimming 30 mins of laps tonight. Nice hottub/sauna afterwards too.
    My good Garmin vivoactive music watch broke last summer. I have been using a lower quality Garmin, that is still good, but doesn't tell me my heartrate. I miss that feature.

    Last month I went on a fast. 54 hours with only water. I pushed my will power to the limit after that I'm only eating a small meal at 12.00 in the afternoon the another small meall at 6.00in the evening.i told myself don't jump on the scales until 1 month..lost 7kg. I eat fuck all meat and feeling pretty good. Still having a beer at night but definitely avoiding sugar, pasta etc
    .I'm quite enjoying it actually. I start to feel hungry about 11.00 but I just drink some water and wait
    Most people are Kunts.dont believe me? Next time you see a group of people. Shout out OI KUNT watch em all turn around.
