Yes, have a mountain bike for MTB, that I never do because I can't be arsed putting it into the car and driving 5km then unloading it. And have a Pinarello race bike that I use for the road probably 6 days a week.

Everybody's different, for whatever reason I love the KMs gliding by as The Best Of Abba serenades me lobes for 60-90 minutes per day.

I am what I am, and that's about it.
She looks good, and happy for you!

Cool! I tried one for fun once. My friend owns a bike shop in my hometown. I found I was really bent over and needed to balance myself. I am used to a hybrid, but may try a racing bike again. They are faster for sure. I will buy a new bike later this year.

I rode a mountain bike for 4 years then transitioned to a road bike which I was sceptical about, seriously I've never looked back!!

    Go for it!

    Today was a write-off.

Woke up feeling worn-out. Fitness tracker tells me I got 3 and a half hours sleep. Healthy breakfast, off to the gym and still not feeling it. Usually I can work through the lack of motivation/energy in a couple of sets and it's business as usual. Not today. A few half-hearted sets with medium weights (Is this what they call a de-loading session?) and I quit after 20 mins and off to the sauna.

This evening's run is cancelled, gym gear is in the washing machine early. Running, you're benched! Gonna sub in a massage and get some craft beer instead. Weekend is starting early. Beer and food tonight, watch the professional athletes play sport* tomorrow, then a cheap bottle of whiskey and Star Wars series on Sunday.

Monday will be a hint of a hangover and back to crushing PBs.

*May or may not involve crying into a nice, cold beer.
Some people think it don't, but it be.

Well that may be the case and I fully concur with that point of view.
However, I intend a marathon cycle tomorrow.
    Maybe my finest yet!
    Onwards and upwards.
Naturally I will celebrate by getting pissed and posting all sorts of shite on here.

    ^Great stuff, Edmond!

Yesterday, did 1 hour of Zumba. Burned 530 calories.
Day before, did a 1 hour body sculpt class.. weights for all body parts.

    Today 45 min walk.

    First ever triathlon.

    Leg 1:

    Cycle 6.87km

    Get a puncture.

    Leg 2:

Push bike 1.5km due to the replacement tube being too big and the pizza cutter rims too unstable to ride on a flat.

    Leg 3.

Dump bike at a house, run final 5km in cycling shoes and shorts thus looking like a fokwit or Falang Baa to anyone passing.

    That running time needs improving.

Chitty's airless tires look the go. Anyone know a place that fits them in Cebu?

Finally got by MTB back with inner tubes after 3 failed attempts to go Tubliss and went for a quick blast round a local loop. Got home, locked out, Mrs at Muay Thai and not answering, went round the loop on foot, no water, no money, flat soled skater style DC shoes on, eleventy million degrees out, calfs and shins locked up.

Still, running time needs improving, though it looks like I'd still pip you at the post.

25 seconds per Km slower than Ol' Eddo-Cannot-Change-A-Tube-Cheddar there bud. I wouldn't even need to trip you on the home straight.

Thanks for the reminder, upon being stuck in the middle of nowhere I did notice that I had previously forgotten to replace the energy bar and emergency banknotes in the bike's pouch. And still haven't gotten round to it.

    I'll do it tomorrow.

I stopped to take pictures at the ongoing renovations down the beach.

    I also had hills.

Get to Decathlon, they must have them in stock over there.
You'll never look back coz you'll be too busy hurtling forward at supersonic speed scanning the road for pot holes and feral wildlife.
