I haven't got any comment to make, I just wanted to see the picture again.

^ That pic reminds me of the first American Pie movie for some reason... :mid:
I'd not seen Kloster in years (and I mean years!) until last year the missus took me to a Johnny Walker promo night in Prachacheun (who she used to work for) and they had it there - 100B for a biggie too! A fine drop that took me back a long time.
Some chap there told me that it's still easy to get in supermarkets but got hammered when Chang, Carlsberg etc all came on the scene in the late 1990s.
Don't panic about the gayness mate.Quote:

^ "the Ladydrink" staple! Don't recall ever seeing this Archa beer about, has it been available for a while? Good to see a widening choice of "homebrews".

Missed a few - such as Singha Light, Chang Light, and Chang Draught. Also wasn't there one just called "Thai", with the label written in Thai script only? Never tried it but heard it's grim so, like Cheers, maybe best left off this list. Is Siam Sato beer? Seen it in 7-11 but can't tell if it's beer or some wine cooler / alcopop type thing. Costs about 25 Baht a bottle so also probably pretty rough.
No.Quote:

Even the Jocks wouldn't drink it.
..you do it a great injustice. And no one who drinks the stuff is concerned about the taste, although it does compliment a processed cheese platter quite nicely.Quote:

Well roger my arse with a bratwurst (umlaut missing).
:)

My First Trip to Hogsbreath only had Kloster and Singha.
