Since I have been going out with my fat friend, I eat a lot for lunch these days. Today I had Phad Gaproa Nue and Gao Lao Nue then ended up with one coconut.

A nice bowl of steaming hot goulasch soup with a freshly baked bread roll

Dal Makhani, a punjabi lentil delicacy with butter, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and spices, with rice and an OJ

Noodles (again).

I might push the boat out tomorrow and have kao moo deng!

Sweet and sour chicken with rice.

Woke up hungry but too soon for lunch. Will probably go out and have a 95 baht english breakfast at llunch time.

I have a home made pork stew for dinner. Made in the slow cooker overnight.

Come to think of it that is why I woke up hungry - the wonderful smells coming from the kitchen

Well I went to Lumpini to get me new passport then to immigration at Suan wotsit to get the new one chopped then back to Lumpini to get the MRT to Hua train station to cash in a train ticket and then I was hot and bothered so lunch was a can of Chang before I started the trek home.

Full of vitamins it was.

Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai (nice & spicy) & rice.

it was my last day at work today. About 15 from the company went for my farewell lunch at an Indian banana leaf restaurant. We had curried fish head, tandoori chicken, tandoori fish and some sort of cauliflower dish with byriani rice. very nice it was.

I had a piece of watermelon for lunch and nothing for dinner. I'm now down to 52 kg again. Phheewwwww....
