Steak with a Massuman style vegetable curry topping, spaghetti, toast and butter, iced lemon tea, 130 Bht. My friend had the same, but with an additional 'club' sandwich and chips, which was as good as anything I've seen in LOS, goodness knows where he managed to put it all!

^Which one, and how was it?

Actually very tasty. Minced pork ommlette with rice, but I've now had them all. Very good, as are the ones in Tesco, spaghetti, chinese soups, quite decent.

Lasagne. Grenwich.

Hamburger with onion gravy a la Frisco Frankie. Corn on the cob. Wanted thick garlic toast, but no French bread.

A chicken sandwich.

KFC. 2 pieces of chicken, 3 fish fingers and fries.

Leftover deep-fried zucchini sticks grilled in the oven with garlicy cream dip. Free-trade coffee (dunno, put the grounds in my coffee can and threw the bag out last week). Something like the bleeding hearts ensuring poor people get paid for picking the beans or something. It was on sale, for $3. Tastes the same as the other espreso I buy, which I now imagine is from a plantation with mean overseers who shout and whip the chained workers and never pay them.

2 mama and a big cup of coffee. feeling too lazy to cook...

Two spicy bratwurst, fried potatoes, mixed veggies, green salad and a Coke Zero. 155 baht, plus tip. My first farang meal in about three weeks. After yesterday I felt I deserved a little splurge....

Bacon in French bread and a natural yoghurt.

Jacket potato covered in shrimps lettuce and 1000 isle sauce, loads of butter as well.

I thought chicken & fish was good stuff. I do tend to pull the skin off, so that helps.

As I'm on a health binge, I had sausage, egg, beans & chips today.
