We've seen what you do to a steak that requires nothing more than a simple brushing of olive oil and 60 seconds a side in a red hot skillet, I'd leave Thai cuisine alone to be honest.![]()
Its not fvcking rocket science is it!
Chop up some strips of cheap gristle beef, cover in msg, chilli and salt then leave for the flies to shite on and flavour in 30oC heat all day.
Then deep fry in oil and serve up with some rancid fish sauce and chilli dip.
