Couldn't find an official thread for members to post their coffee finds/ fixes so here we go!

Post your favourite coffees, coffee shops around Thailand and any information concerning the bean of life.





We picked up Duang Dee Hill Tribe Coffee in Tops for the absolute bargain of 99baht for 250grams of ground coffee. About us - Duang Dee Coffee : Inspired by LnwShop.com

We also drink Wawee medium roast which is another great coffee. Waweecoffeethailand

A really nice smooth taste, not too strong and not too weak and glad to know we are supporting some hill tribes.

we used to buy direct from them [5kilo at a time] they have many roasts and is the best in thailnd,i had to cut down on my coffee and no longer buy from them.they send it to you when ever you want.i still have their contact details if any one wants them.

I routinely ride my bike to my local coffee shop. Not sure what brand coffee they use but all I have had there has tasted great and its nice place to sit and watch people go about their day.

I tried the Royal Project 100% Arabica coffee beans. following the recommendation of Cyrille. They tasted pretty good compared to the coffee I had bought earlier in Thailand. However, this morning, back in Germany, I had my usual Venetian blend and realised just how good it is.

As always, I will be bringing my own coffee to Thailand on my next trip.

Doi Chang is reliable I also like this which I grind fresh each morning, I think it was about 600kg delivered off Lazada, excellent aroma taste and value.

I grow my own coffee, robusta. Take beans to a local commercial coffee grower where he mixes my beans with 30% arabica beans, roasts the beans in, his dining room table size roaster and take them home. The roasted beans are stored in old large Yolida natural yoghurt 1.8 kg tubs available at Makro/Lotus.

When required, I grind the beans and make black coffee in a 2 cup size Bialetti - Moka Express Stovetop Espresso Maker

I'm a weasily stultified peasant never had a capriccio of unction until I was 12
I agree it aint' Blue Mountain nor High Mt but often served with sensimiglia bongettes n "coffee shops of Moum an Amstel where something to wash down the "Choculate Brownies" required.
I realiaze down Canal Street a chcco Brownie may be a date with Chittywrongbong, Hal-like an Egyptian or HarryBrokebackCutie

It is however not Glazed Bisto or the arse gravy you may be familair with visiting the Bovril Gate at Stamford Bridge.

I concur and its stupendous to be upbraided by a coinoissewer.

If you're ever over there, get yourself some Trung Nguyen Legendee Gold (Sang Tao 8). It's a simulation of kopi luwak (civet coffee) and is fantastic. Relatively expensive but worth it.
