I have not stepped foot in one in twenty years. I am not a fan of pancakes myself.

Do you remember if you liked your meal?

More limeys on this forum have posted up pictures of food from McDonald's, KFC and other American fast food places than the Americans on here. FFS Dilly even posted up his burger from 5 guys the other day.

    You are not fooling anybody.
The original list is a mixture of US regional, national and international fast food chains. You are defending Seattle, your home town, because you claim that it is impervious to fast junk food?
    Now who is being disingenuous?
I have no idea if Seattle has totally denounced fast junk food or not, but it seems unlikely, and I suspect you are fibbing.

I was on the way down to San Diego with a colleague and he suggested the place since we started off before hotel breakfast. I remember saying at the time that I'd had my sugar allowance for the year in that breakfast! I have never visited one since.

My best trips were to Minneapolis, at the NW hub before they went bust, plenty of really good asian food there at decent prices. Thai food was exceptional but I can't recall the names of the places.

I don't know if that list was compiled by someone on the East coast or Midwest, or If I have just been out of the US for too long, but I don't recognize 1/2 of the chains on that list!

Back when I lived in the US, I rarely ate at any of the fast food joints. I could almost always find a taco truck or a hole-in-the-wall Chinese place if I was driving around and needed a quick bite. When I did want a jolt of grease, I usually chose Papa John's or Boston Market. The exception was McBreakfasts while driving up to the ski slopes. A quick coffee and sausage McMuffin with egg would usually hit the spot after about an hours driving.

Was here 25 years ago and failed. Thai's are just not into roast beef. Popeyes failed here as well.
