    Old pictures.

K-Paul's has closed, but did serve some good food. Kind of snotty.

Restaurant R'evolution, also good cajun food and still open.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

some food is about the taste, in fact most food is, so when you are into "Home style" cooking i'll take take taste over posh plate and presentation everyday. Love creole and cajun.

A boyfriend and I were walking by K Pauls in New Orleans years ago when a woman stepped out the door to tell us they had two more seats for dinner available right then. We were seated at a huge table where everyone ordered a dish which was shared. Excellent food. How lucky could we get?

That is the neighbor’s pool. The pool here has no view and is not nearly as exciting.

No single neighbors. All old enough to be your mother, Joe.

Another night out on the town.

Nothing in Las Vegas is particularly inexpensive except for Mexican and some fast food.

Still no sight of canned beans.

Eschew the greasy Cuban and American slop if you like high quality nutritious food just a ferry ride from Plymouth or Portsmouth to The Basque Country , Cantabria , Asturias only pace where standard and prices higher is Japan.

Much as I love USA lived in CA and HI and Uni in Florida but for food please...in fact Scotland or Oreland you could even cycle back to work off the excess.YJere are some great bars in Jey West NY Boston and SF

Finally we made it to Joe’s!

It was in some fancy mall.

Excellent breads to choose from. (They gave us some jalapeņo cornbread to bring home with us.)

Tito’s dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives. My drink of choice. Yes, I drank some before I thought to take a photo.

Dinner. Grilled seafood platter. It was delicious.

The “Big Daddy.” Spiral potatoes with bacon, cheese, and sour cream. It was great.
