    TimHoWan (in Siam Icon)

...We took the BTS to Krungthonburi Station and switched to the new Gold Line to reach the Siam Icon. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor in the Rose dining area: a variety of dim sum, dumplings and other dishes on offer. The ones we tried were tasty and surprisingly filling: baked BBQ pork dim sum, pan-fried radish cakes, prawn dumplings, spicy pork dumplings, crispy spring rolls, flavorful glutinous rice wrapped in lotus leaf, hot and cold Chinese tea (oolong?):

The upturned chairs kinda add to the inviting atmosphere.

    In a convoluted form.
Better quality fare could be found on the streets or at home then the overwhelming pretentiousness and falsehood of it all.

All about the image and distracting narratives.

I have been to the T21 branch a couple of times. The dim sum generally are very good, I can't offhand think of anywhere in Bangkok where I have had more authentic HK food.
The ambience isn't overwhelming, which reminds me even more of some HK restaurants. Just good dishes, promptly served.

I go to the one at The Street on Ratchada fairly frequently. The hargow (shrimp dumplings) are excellent.
