    Had horse a few times in France but not really a fan, the problem is also the drugs like Bute administered with no record on the slaughtered animal.

    On a lighter note, i take it was tough?

    Went to a somewhat famous sushi joint in Kyoto, tried a lot of different things. By far my favourite was the horse meat and dipping sauce....t

    Only ever had it from UK Tesco.


    Makro have some cool meats, crocodile, boar, deer etc.

    I've had dog, not raw, and it was not at all like the horse sashimi.
