Honestly no, not really. Though I was having some minor stomach issues before it which seem to have cleared and I've lost a bit of weight but gym performance has remained the same so that tells me it must be mostly fat and not lean muscle mass.

I defo don't feel any better for it but crucially I don't feel any worse either. I had intended on only doing a month but what with all this COVID-19 isolation stuff and whatnot going on I think I'll stick with it for a while longer because it's just so easy and convenient as fuck -- all my food is being delivered straight to my door so don't even have to move for it.

Still wouldn't recommend it as a lifestyle diet though all that being said.

Just checked actually: 12lbs / 5.4 kg down since I started on 16 Feb.

Not been hungry at all either since protein is so satiating.

I should've done some BF% measurements at the start to track but couldn't be arsed.

You should do a thread on it Ant.
Losing that amount of weight and no loss of performance is great.
Meat 3 times a day is it?

    Is this the diet?

The Carnivore Diet consists entirely of meat and animal products, excluding all other foods.

It’s claimed to aid weight loss, mood issues, and blood sugar regulation, among other health issues.

However, the diet is extremely restrictive and likely unhealthy in the long term. Plus, no research backs its purported benefits.

Yep that's the one. That statement is probably spot on also, the claims mood issues etc. are dubious at best.

And to answer your earlier question also yep, pretty much every meal. I've also been eating some cheese and plenty of eggs for the vitamins.

Usually, but not always, looks something like this on any given day:

    Breakfast: bacon and eggs
Lunch: tuna or beef and / or chicken or bone broth
    Dinner: steak mostly

Haha... And hopefully the grass-fed stuff.

It doesn't get much more convenient that's for sure. It's like: Am I hungry? Yes. OK, I'll eat a steak.

Really didn't know what to do with this..

Washed the ink out of it and threw it in the pan, the fvcking thing came back to life with its tenticles trying to attack me.

Eventually after a few minutes it calmed down and died, bit chewy but apparently full of vitamins..

Reminds me of my ring piece after 10 pints and a curry

Chitty trying to cooked octopus! I'm surprised he didn't put it in the microwave for 10 minutes before serving it with Aunt Bessie's finest.

so no recipe then Chit just straight from pack to pan to plate - poor fuker, what an ignominious way to end your life, you could have at least stuck a daisy in it for presentation.

Poor bastard was probably thinking he'd end up in Gordon Ramsay's kitchen, sauteed in a bit of lemon and garlic and served to the more discerning diner. Instead he gets 15 minutes in a frying pan followed by 10 minutes on high in Chitty's microwave.

It's like passing Renoit's paintbrushes to the blind school.

I can picture Chitty in Sainsbury's bargain bin with his eyes lit up and mush drooling over that 29p cephalopoba with visions of grandeur for your guinea pig cookoff.

An old favourite beer food can't be arsed to cook snack. Mix mayo and crushed garlic spread on toast and mash some drained sardine in sunflower on top, spot the spine.

That's not good! On a bloke's cookery thread it has its place, but on any other type of cookery thread it'd be banned!

Breakfast of champions this morning. Mashed together all of the left over vegetables from yesterday's lunch, having been in the fridge overnight. Drop of oil in the wok and ready to go.

Tossed the mix around until the burnt black bits (the best part) started to appear, then topped with the obligatory fried egg.

Going to be a rinse and repeat tomorrow.
