Next time put a Carib. style rub on the pork and sous vide it first. Then put your sauce on the pork and put it in that table top oven, with the temp cranked up higher, for a bit of crust. Not too long in the oven mind.

Tasted better fresh, but respectfull enough if microwaved and reserved 5 days later.

Wacked the balance of it in the freezer, will report if freezes and reheats OK.

You should leave it in a pot on the stove, covered of course. Add stuff too it. More chicken, stock, veggies, wine, beer, curry powder.
In about 7 days you will have a stunning well matured curry. It works on a sailboat while passage making and the watches don’t have time to fanny around with cordon bleu.
