Prawn Toast

Too easy.

It comes with enough sweet chilli sauce in a sachet to dip 2 pieces so you have to improvise more dip.

But the sachet stuff is more yummy due to additional ginger so you need to ginger-charge your supplemental sauce supply.

To be honest I prefer the Malaysian style curry that goes with roti… but I suppose bistro gravy would do in a pinch!

Roti Kosong was a breakfast staple during my year working in Brunei

bought 3kg of exmouth prawns for $70 then a mate called and said spudshed had 3kg boxes for $40, damn, never mind i will hit spudshed soon for more.

they are pre cooked so just tossed them around in the pan with butter and garlic fiddly fuckers to peel though. maybe thats a first world plomplen.
