What could be a more blokish way for me to finish off my supper this evening than a Golden Gaytime to celebrate the release of the new Rainbow Unicorn flavour

    The Blokes' Cookery Thread-pb270346crop-jpg

^I could not pass up '4 delicious chances to have a Gaytime'.

(Please note that in UnZud this product is marketed as 'Cookie Crumble' due to well founded fears about Kiwi fellas' lack of security with their sexuality and discomfort with the cock-burgling connotations)

I'd imagine so with the Aussies even though the place is becoming as PC as the UK.

Good on 'em. That's how it should be. Fun.

    Emergency lunch today...

I would say no more than 7 minutes from first inception to finished creation.

    That's how good I am!

^^ My wife says exactly the same thing once I've finished making my toastie.

Makes me tired just watching her clean it.

You have to make your own Toasties?

I'm a bit lucky, the other half also likes them, usually does them in the frypan ... she makes them well.

Afraid so because I normally chain her to the radiator in daylight hours.

She gets an hour release for yoga and porridge making.

Friday night is my night out... I go down to my mate's house for a few hours for beer while the kids play in his garden.

Tonight it went on til 1:30am, but it is my only social life in Korat...

When we get home I usually treat my little girl to cheese toasties, but no cheese tonight...

So hotdogs it was! Tomato sauce for me, oh naturel for her...

They were so good, a second round in bed. Tomato sauce all round!

I don't think, technically speaking, opening boxes is considered 'cooking', blokes or otherwise.

^ Now that's a decent looking meal. Is that A1 sauce on the top bun?

I stayed in a house in a small village this weekend and we had no food in. Eventually I found some chicken nuggets in the freezer... my mate isn't very good in the kitchen so it was left for me to sort out...

    Straight into the pan...

    Cook until golden brown...

Chicken nuggets for the kids... chicken nugget sarnies for the adults! A meal for four from practically nothing.

Maybe even qualifies as a manwich?

Just for reference Mendip. This should help you the next time you're trying to hit golden brown.

Straight from the Dulux colour chart.

^^ i'm more worried what your mate is going to eat now you've cleaned him out. He'll be forced onto twigs, leaves and Pla Tu.
