It is froot loops, not fruit loops!

I don't know how closely related to fruit they are but they come in fruit related colours which is a start.

I am actually not taking the piss when I say that froot loops and crunchy nut cornflakes are my staple breakfast.

But the rest of the stuff about frooctose and healthiness i was kind of kidding!

I want to get one of those toucan sam t-shirts like the bloke in that youtube somebody posted.

Just because TS has a rainbow coloured beak does not mean he is gay.

I say it is time to 'take back the rainbow' from this gay cultural mis-appropriation!!

Are you sure? Once upon a time they were Fruit Loops until they took out the real fruit and were forced to change the name to Froot Loops.

Not a lot of sugar in a full English, maybe a tad too much fat for some. Looking forward to the cooler weather so I can enjoy one again.

I've swapped the fruit juice for a mug of tea...

^^That is a very interesting if it is true and I did not know that.

The colours represent different fruits and sometimes I like to empty the box into a big bowl and then sort them into different colours for different days (although they are actually all the same flavour I discovered when I did a simultaneous taste test - which is a bit disappointing).

I wish they would sell them in favourite colour options to save on the sorting time.

But most of the time I just eat them as they come.

Same same. Down 15kgs in five months since arriving in Thailand. All through modified eating, not exercise. That element will need to start soon.

All sweeteners are arguably bad for you in distinct ways...(?)

When I'm craving sweets, I'll use cinnamon, raisins, dark chocolate, pure maple syrup, dates, other fruits and/or a sweetener. A different sweetener most times (playing into 'everything in moderation' theory), but I do prefer Stevia.
