...located on the Thonburi side along Charoen Nakorn (Thanon Chiang Mai)...right on the river. Excellent Thai cuisine in an informal air-conditioned environment with river views. It's located inside the Lhong1919 Chinese House complex. In no particular order, we had crab fried rice, hamuk, tom yum gung and shrimp and vermicelli. Coconut cream enriched the hamuk and a generous serving of soup, while the shrimp and vermicelli offered the extra richness of pork belly. The river prawns were large, juicy and very satisfying. The amount of chili in the dishes was a tad challenging, but 2 Heineken helped to cool things down. Good service, delicious offerings and a table with a view: we're definitely going back...B2,300 with beer and water.
