...on the 6th floor of Central Embassy. Our table had an excellent view overlooking the British Embassy grounds on a very cloudy day...if the sun had been out, we would have fried. We started with a bruschetta of grilled eggplant and "white" or pickled sardines: wonderful taste and perfect bread texture. We then shared a generous portion of frito misto (squid, large shrimp, fish) sprinkled with chili powder and served with a tangy seafood sauce (one that went beyond mayo and ketchup). Our main was a (regular) seafood pizza notable for its lack of mozza overlay: just an excellent tomato sauce, the freshly pan-fried seafood and plenty of fresh rocket...simple and delicious. We couldn't leave without trying the tiramisu (superior) and the panna cotta with passion fruit topping (seeds left in and sour removed: not to be ordered again). With 3 glasses of a delightful Tuscan red (Bolgheri) and local water: B2,530. A repeat visit is in order to try other pizzas and a few of the menu items we saw passing our table. Recommended.
