As long as you get your box before I get mine, all will be well.

Yes, I think we should have a freeze on arguments, a thaw in relations and a warming of friendships, followed by a heating of the pies and a hot review to follow.

I've got to go to a Birthday party tonight, going to be many Thai Farang couples with families , Lots of loud music, dancing and drinking.
I'd rather be home but sometimes you've gotta make a public appearance to keep Mary contented.

If everything goes well with Luigios full evaluation and the sales continue to rise we will think very seriously about a distribution chain up country.

Of course there is considerable investment to consider but as things stand today we possibly can get the machine going within 6 months.

    Thanks for your interest also.

You need a catchy name LT but most importantly a logo that inspires more faith than that bloated cock-eyed wrongun with one arm, three fingers and no sense of smell

Have you thought about a food truck mate? Be a good way to get some coverage and a piece of piss job just reheating pies and mushy peas whilst your frying chips, scratching your nutsack and telling any fukker who will listen how good them pies are

You just need to start a thread to find a memorable name now.......

    Needs a catchy name
The ferang japs eye steak pie company?
    Or maybe something less upmarket.
I will keep working on it

Mince and onion out of the oven and the S&K out of the wave. Nuked from frozen.

Mince and Onion looking good. One thing I was going to look out for was knobly bits or fatty grisly bits.

    There were none.

S&K nuked from frozen. Held up perfectly. No breakage or soggyness, the crust was still crispy.

The mince and onion filling was perfectly moist and flavoursome. The pastry perfect.

Inside the S&K. It cut perfectly without any rips or breaks or soggyness despite being nuked in the wave from frozen.

Sliced it up a few time to test the pastry and each time was a perfect cut through flakey, crisp pastry, zero ripping, zero breaking, zero soggyness, and a nice, tough crispy edge.

The Ocker's only gone and done it.
