Of the first two......... taste and quality have been exceptional, the pastry perfect, the filling soft, moist and delicious, and the size ginormoous......, genormous......... bladdy big.

Tomorrow will be the Microwave test of the crust on the Mrs. Steak and Kidney.

Stuffed after that Pork Pie. Kinda thinking of making that my dinner, sticking the Cherry Pie into the oven and sending someone down for ice-cream.

My wife puts 120 grams of a meat mixture of shoulder ham, smoked bacon and her special recipe of herbs and spices into her pork pies.

Just woke up on me sofa after a decent 2 hour snooze. Those pork pies are good.

Time to pour a scotch and chuck the Steak & Mushroom one into the oven. I really need to move that oven next to the sofa.

Go on! Abdicate your Eyetalian heritage & dollop this next with a liberal sloshing of pesto! I dare ya! Putana!

I just got a call from a guy called Jason.

No idea who he is, sounds British who had a normal pie in a bar we supply to.

One other guy in there who I don't know told him about the Pork Pies and he ordered 25 of them based upon his recommendation.

My wife and I will be meeting with him tomorrow with some more samples.

Good products sell themselves and I am so proud of my wife who is pleasing so many people with quality top shelf products.

Thanks again Luigi for taking a risk and I hope the rest of your little trip with us is enjoyable.

I usually wouldn't go for a Pork Pie. Cold and heavy isn't my typical idea of a pie. Plus I'm not Pomistani.

Looks fantastic. Weighs a metric ton.

Cut it open. All stays together perfectly. Bit of Jelly in around the inside of the base crust.

The only suitable sauce I had at home was mustard. Errrr, Heinz Mustard......

Went for that and a nice cup of cold milk.

    Jelly shot for Daffodil.

    Yum.

Had a good amount of spices in it, a lot of flavor and decent texture. Tasted great, the quality was really good. Good stuff.
Damn hua hin Charlie's gonna be jealous

Just finished the Steak & Mushroom.

    My word it's good.

    Like seriously, seriously good.

Beef pies, be it steak or mince, with a gravy type sauce and onions/mushrooms are what I consider a pie.

Out of the oven and served with a baby jug of Bisto.

Ye'z can all get fooked, eh.

The pastry is amazing. Light, Flaky, but strong with zero breakage. And very, very tasty.

Cut her open and the filling is plentiful and super moist.

The steak is perfect. No dry chunks, instead small, moist pieces that pull apart easily with a fork.

The taste is absolutely divine. Warm, moist, tender, juicy, all inside the perfect puff pastry.

Look away now, heresy is about to take place.

Pour on my Bisto. That's how I roll.

That darned last piece. You don't wanna eat it because it will be gone, but there's no point it having it if you ain't gonna eat it.

Think that was the best meat pie I've ever had.

    Absolutely delicious.

Good stuff mate, sounds like the product speaks for itself, Pattaya not a big place so word gets around that your missis has the real deal. Wish you guys the best of luck for having a crack at it

Topper I have no idea how many times I have posted I cannot post pictures and for some reason.

You are always welcome at my house mate.

I will always do my best to keep the fellow members informed and hope the Loft Restaurant can support me with pictures and updates and I have no financial interest in this business but believe in the people who are putting it together.

I am sure this new place will be serving the best food in Pattaya really soon and I wish the people who have invested will have success.

Some see that as an alternative motive.

Never been driven by such direction.

My wife tells me I am too soft and an easy hit and I suppose she has been right over the years.

WTF I am still alive and spreading the love.
