Not in Thailand, but I did use the Q as a smoker for these babies last night.
Beef Shorties after a 9 hour cook. (started them at 2.30pm after golf, then left them and went out for dinner, came back around 10ish to a very nice smell)
You can see a tray to catch the fat, with a little onion and red wine to help impart some flavour. You can make an excellent gravy outta this. But I forgot to last night and then the missus threw it out.

tasted great, and enough for sandwiches today for lunch!
