    Had to Google what crunchies were.

    They are what we call "scraps" in the UK. Bits of leftover batter (tempura).

    Looks nice. Will give it a try next time I'm in the area.

    I thought, based on the title, that it was about an African resto - sounded like Hakuna Matata.
