^ No salad? Betsy you are so fucking anti-establishment. Fancy that. A kebab AND chips with no salad and definitely no scruples. New nickname alert: Dangerous Betsy.

I was gonna save these for the X-Factor to supplement my Saturday night Cheryl Cole Wankathon, but looking at how we played during that first half, I need all the help I can get...

Sunday roast in Spoons. Surprisingly good.

I was particularly endeared to the subtle postioning of the gravy boat.

    It's nouvelle cuisine no less...

Try a Toby Carvery instead of Spoons much better, had one today for £7.49 which is a bit pricier than Spoons and no drink thrown in but food is much better and you can mix your meats up and pile on as much veg as you like. Being the decent bloke I am, I've found your local one.

Toby Carvery South Croydon, home of the roast

Same price, although the drink was included, but the spuds, however, appeared to have been nuked in a deep fat fryer.

I've just eaten a bag of Lay's new "Italian supreme cheese" crisps. I couldn't taste any cheese!

Today I tried another one in Lay's new range of crisps. This time the flavour was supposed to be "Scallops baked in garlic butter".

Credit where credit is due .... I could taste some garlic.

    (but nothing else)
