Grapes, raisins & wine. The unifying property(ies)?

This is an open question to which I don't know the answer, hence the thread.

What property or properties (natural chemical(s)) unite(s) grapes, raisins & wine?

A raisin is a dried grape. Raisins are produced in many regions of the world and may be eaten raw or used in cooking, baking and brewing. In the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia and Canada the word "raisin" is reserved for the dark-coloured dried large grape,[1] with "sultana" being a golden-coloured dried grape, and "currant" being a dried small Black Corinth grape.[2]

A grape is a fruiting berry of the deciduous woody vines of the botanical genus Vitis. Grapes can be eaten raw or they can be used for making wine, jam, juice, jelly, grape seed extract, raisins, vinegar, and grape seed oil. Grapes are a non-climacteric type of fruit, generally occurring in clusters.

Thank ,considering what a great aid to romance, health and bonhomie it is tragic that evil falang vintages are highly taxed, perhaps they will become more affordable by choosing smaller quaffs of Chateau Box.

    Thank you!

Is the sodium level in raisins, good or bad for the health?
