Great dishes and a good site.
I love the Spicy Sardines in tomato sauce salad....even I can open a can of Sardines , put it on a plate and sprinkle it with shallots, spring onion and ginger.

Thanks one and all for the comments. She has put in loads of work and it was getting very few hits. She is one very happy camper, and is very flattered by your praise. Really appreciate the support. Think I'am going to cry...........

    Also added to my bookmarks.

I'm definitely going to have a bash at the Masaman, never got round to trying to cook one yet and it's one of my favourite Thai foods. Also feeling pretty tempted to go to Canada now too to do a road trip, looks absolutely stunning.

Well done Mrs. SIT and SIT, you've made a really good job of the site.

I reckon the way the menus are prepared and photographed it is good enough quality to go into print to make one of those small soft back hand books for Thai cooking .

Thai food seems to be very popular in the UK at present , don't know if its because people like it or are fed up with all the UK stodge
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

Definitely. The presentation of the larb is superb, where you have the sticky rice, vegetables and larb on the same plate. Very eye pleasing. I sat there for quite a long time yesterday just staring at it.

If I may suggest she does times with the carving post. Anyone can produce attractive carved produce given unlimited time and resources. Its doing it in seconds whilst watching Thai TV and arguing with someone else that impresses.

    Orrens

Got ya, she will do this in the next week!

    Thanks

Maybe break up the material on the main page into some sub-pages as it is quite long.

Also I have taken the diabolical liberty of making a crop from the image at

    http://southpacificengagement.files....9/dsc_0122.jpg

as I think there is definitely scope for a good run in this years 'wife's ass compettition'! Will certainly make the quarters and semis and could go all the way. If you agree then please cross post on the relevent thread to qualify for official consideration.

    Looper,

I have spent much time trying to get my Mrs to try to understand that the Teak Door crowd was not all of the Socal mentality. I agree my Mrs Bum is fit and, honestly that photo does not do it justice. However the chances of you seeing more are the same as me being the next winner of the national lottery.

As to your suggestion for the web page, Yip I think that is correct I explained it to the nice bum person and she will no doubt take action in the near future.
