Camel flesh in Tokyo? Well I never had the japs down as consumers of camel fleisch!

They must have served the hump of the camel. Camel flesh is very, very lean, contains hardly any fat.

I can't remember what type of restaurant served the camel- it was cured meat like you would find in a delicatessen- it was all fat and not very appealing- when I saw it on the menu I had to order it, but it was disappointing.

The camel could hardly have been said to have felt exhilarated either.

Joe, in Aberystwyth, used to deep fry steak and kidney pies in the same fat as he cooked his chips. They were very peppery and delicious after twelve pints of Barleybright. He's dead now and I don't know anybody who deep fries pies. I'm still alive but don't have the nerve to do it at home as the missus would go berserk.
Why can't I make new posts?

they are certainly poisonous if you call an hallucinogen a poison

it is the cousin, the brown Death Cap, that is poisonous unto death. Looks similar but brown instead of red

    Turtle on skewers.

The shells were piled up out back. They were destined to be made into sunglasses in France.
