No idea about your business plan, but you do know that turkeys take just under a month to hatch and then take 4 or 5 months to fully mature.

So, by my calculations, if you have not gone and bought the turkeys, feed, set up a coup and have your incubator set-up (plus a load of other stuff), then you will surely miss out on this year's Thanksgiving and Xmas celebrations leaving you with a shitload of turkeys you cannot shift for a whole year. Feeding and looking after them for a yaer will wipe out the profits straight away.

I came to this conclusion after 10 minutes of research.

Any chance you could give a rough explanation of your business plan (timeframe) on how you are going to produce and market oven-ready turkeys by Xmas to the hotel industry?
    Black diamonds? I shit 'em.

I believe turkeys are much more difficult to rear than chickens and lots of vaccines are required.

    Indeed, Nev.
As ducks and chooks are much more easily manageable as a domestic critter.

....and than there is the marketable side. Minimal - and Farang seasonal, at best.
    Turkeys in Thailand.
    Sure.
