That appears to have hair and not feathers
Did it come from Plum Island?
It's a Black Silkie...chinese origins possibly?

I think its a reverse albino Silkie
Silkie chicken is one of the most popular and beloved ornamental chicken breeds. And it is currently one of the most entertaining birds to watch. The breed is also known as Silky. It was named as Silkie chicken because of it’s a typically fluffy plumage, which is said to feel like silk. It has hair-like plumage, which is considered as actual mammalian fur. It is a very old[at]Asiatic chicken breed.

^^there you go.
Thanks for making the pictures show.
I'll try to get better shots tomorrow, or maybe wait a while for it to show its grown features.
It is a Silkie Bantam.
Gonna take a lot of grooming, but it aint flying off anywhere
It's gone into the dog cage, afraid it might morph into man-eating monster at midnight.
And the cool thing about this animal, Stroller, is nobody will mind when you eat it.
Here's how to cook it. Nobody can tell if you char it...
Who said Yanks don't have a sense of humour?
That chicken will be selling Strollers drugs and out mugging and raping people soon
Sorry Ray
Have you gave it a name yet Stroll ?
How about Snoop?
I've raised Barred Rock and some meat birds the size of a basket ball. Peking Duck and a few other varieties of chickens and must say I've never seen anything like that.
It looks like mama hen was screwed by the pooch.
I wish I had one of those birds now. The ones here seem sickly as do the cattle. The locals are lean as well. Though there are a few locals I'd lick if I could give them a good scrubbing first.
Just kidding..........
fish.
