Stroller, it is VERY stable as its tied to the carport pillar at one corner and a house roof column at the other. To keep it from swaying sideways relative to the two 'stable' connections I added angle bracking at the back.

You would be surprised at how strong it is. Same building technique as is used for bamboo scaffolding thoughout Asia. Cross wrap (X pattern) and twist all until tight. Actually an amazing system. I've seen it used up to 10 stories in Bangers and much more in Hong Kong for example.
