When do you think you'll get released?

If you're serious, what would be the crime? Somebody snooping looking at what you have on your computer, that's his/her problem. I don't see any intent (a required element to virtually any crime) to commit a criminal act.

If you showed it to a hostess, or displayed it so that an airline employee could see it, then yes, you are correct. But a snooper sitting next to you looking at your laptop screen - no.
