Our cat did this once when she was a kitten. When finished I pulled my pants up, expecting she would jump out. She did not. She slipped slowly through one leg until she came out at the end of the leg. Only afterwards I thought what might have happened when she panicked inside, when it go very narrow. But she did not panick.
