Had someone run into me like this one Songkran night. Felt the bump but didn't see anything until I opened the door and saw the guy laying on the ground. He jumped up, got on his bike, and sped away.
same thing happened to Mrs Tiz in Pattaya as well.
The rider left in such a hurry that he just left a single flip-flop on the road.
I suggested that we do like the Cinderella story, travel to every home in the city to see just who the flip-flop fits. :D
I have never had that problem in 10 year of driving.
