Archaeologists in Mexico discovered 12 sets of ancient Aztec dog remains in downtown Mexico City which experts believe could be the world's oldest canine cemetery. Mexico's National Institute of Anthropology and History, or INAH, reported that ancient burial site was discovered under a block of flats in the populous Mexico City barrio of Aztacapozalco. The remains of the dogs are believed to date as far back as the 14th century.
