Well we now have a prize for the winner of this competition, "DiveThai" from "Mermaids Xtreme Scuba Diving" here in Pattaya is offering a free snorkelling trip for the winner and their wife or guest, now obviously looking at the votes it is quite close between buadhai and hillbilly, so you got to get those votes in, but try not to vote for both of them (it is a multiple vote, ie when you vote you can only vote once but for as many threads as you want) So the odds are that either hillbilly or buadhai will be on that free snorkeling trip, and they better take some pictures

This prize is valid until the end of the year, the poll closes on the 23rd of this month, so no getting all your relatives to join the forum to vote, that is called cheating and we shall be watching out for that although I should mention that I haven't voted yet and I can be bought

It seems to me the prize should be awarded based on the number of views a thread gets. That's a real reflection on how well people like it and actually look at it.

On that basis HB's jungle shack thread wins hands down, as it should. It's probably the most "relevant" thread and certainly the most well done in terms of the photography and the commentary: informative and full of dry humor.

That's how I voted.
