I don't understand these words.

Poncy, means 'gay like' and Tangent means 'in a completely different direction' (for the purposes of this thread anyway).

I think you'll find that the relative clause 'who' is unnecessary in a sentence when the clause is referring to the object of the sentence.

Thus "I saw a dog who was shitting"
Can be simplified to I saw a dog shitting...
