Grrr and double grrr. I have just managed (with the dogs help) to get this fokking machine working again. Grrrrr. When the server went down earlier I thought it was a great opportunity to cleanse my lappie. I defragmented and ran spybot. I gave it a sweep out with Avg and then I decided to Easyclean all my duplicated file. Never again. The fokker deleted my entire programme. The [at][at][at][at]. I am now talking to you in IE coz I am yet to re download all me nice programmes. Oh woe is me.

Anyway, I dont care coz MS started running amock on the forum again which always cheers me up. Makes me cringe, but cheers me up.

So here I am with a bald computer and hundreds of programmes to re download. Grrrr.

Thank fok for the dog and mobile phones, otherwise I would be still off line.

I shall not be downloading Easyclean again.
User error, I hear you say. Fok off. Fok right off.

Get a mac captain. No virus, no spyware, no need for easy clean etc etc.

Woke up about 10:00 AM this morning. Stumbled out the desk and try to work. Three cups of coffee and three smokes later my eyes start to focus. My mind is another story. I wait for the hour when I'm allotted another smoke, The things I do to avoid the blank screen...
After 4 weeks of 12 hour days my project has been up for few days now. Some fine tuning and debugging I know I'm not done. There is the administration aspect to be designed & built. Some how, I find myself staring at a blank page on the screen with no desire or urge to get anything on it. It won't write itself.
Last night I had these dreams of style sheets and XML specifications. I'm not ready yet to get back into it.
Better to browse the forums instead of work. Work seems to beget more work and right now, I've had enough of that.

Set up a catalog site. Nothin'' much, really, had to teach myself PHP (been using Perl for 10 odd years) While at it I decided to cleanup my HTML coding so went after XML/XHTML strict compliance with a vengeance. also trying to make a purely compliant page display in the Moz family and DIE kept we pissed off for a week or two. being a geek of some 20+ years standing, I decided to not download or "cut and paste" any code. Everything on site is hand-rolled by me. I did use one function from one pear extension, but I modified it heavily to fit my needs.
Now I really need to build an admin site for it and I'm also rolling my own web-mail app. The domain name is one I've owned for about 5 years or more. never did anything with it. tried selling silk but it was a half-assed attempt. This site is simple (I like to call it clean).
I haven't submitted the URL to search engines but I've been crawled a couple of times. Really need to add some more stock ( I hate studio type photography)
Prices need adjusting and I had a hell of fight with yahoo getting control of my domain once again. That's being rectified so then I'll add credit card payment and when I'm relaxed enough I'll get a feed from UPS/FedEx to do live shipping costs, then I'll lower the minimum purchase price. Then I'll submit the thing. Couple more weeks. just need to break before i dive back in.
Blah blah blah you might get the feeling I'm beating around the bush without showing my panties...
Ah hell hate to put a piece of me out amongst the this vicious lot but if you're curious the site is a hilltribe jewelry site like thousands of others. Look if you're interest

Yep, exports would be more proper now, but at the time I was in the States, 'Imports' was more accurate. Come to think of it, the Isaan part's no longer apropos either, is it?

    friscofrankie,

Did you not think google will ignore your site if you use so many Keyword's (over 40) in your <meta name="Keywords ?

    but your site look's nice.

Left over from a previous site. lot's to clean up. Was a time i counted those and all the references to textiles, silk and cotton should come out. I knew that rule, really i did. Thanks for the reminder. Lucky for me the head is all only one file...
Give me something to get me started tomorrow morning while I try to force myself back to work.

Hmm, aparently I did post that. Oh well....

This evening I've turned down two offers of beer as I'm seemingly pissed all my money up the wall again and I've got a dicky tummy. I think I'll wait until Saturday before I throw more cash into the urinal.
