I don't know you personally, so I really don't give a fok if you are going to be a stripper or not. But based on your online persona, I don't think you are mercenary enough to last long in the sex industry (which is a good thing).

But if you are intent on doing this, at least have the common sense to sell it in England where you can clear $400 an hour and attend university part time. Why give some Russian fok a cut of your profits? Most of the go-go dancers in Thailand would kill for a UK passport.

I've gone and split the walking street thread where you discuss your potential employment as a waitress/dancer. The htread is titled "Work as a Farang Go-Go Dancer ~ is it Safe?" it's located in the Living in thailand sub-forum.
You should be able to change the title but if not, let me know and we'll do it for you.

if this is correct...and I have a copy of his PM so it looks kosher...it seems unethical to me...

if mods split threads then there should be a statement to that effect at the top of the new thread....

I gave a post on the Walking Street thread, just one about how curious I was about the industry and then I log on to check my PM's once I arrive in the UK and everyone thinks I may be selling my body or pole dancing! I'm hardly online as it is and I see a whole thread about it and a PM from a mod - FriscoFrankie and then a million posts about it! That very same day I posted about the whole deal I made my mind up that I wasn't going to attend the second interview after a member from TeakDoor, BillyZ persuaded me not to.

Anyway, I thought I'd give you all this information before you all jump back onto me.

Actually IM, your single post in the walking street thread elicited over 20 replies. The thread had become a thread about, "ice selling herself into slevery." This subject clearly merited a thread of it's own. Don't know if you were around when it was split but it was, in fact a thread within a thread. Time for a split, without a doubt.
I am truly sorry I notified you, to be honest. Posting the PM was improper IMO. Should I find a need to moderate anything else you post, do not expect the courtesy of an explaination in the future.

From what I can remember, one of the biggest complaints on here about moderation on other sites is moderation without explanation... and yet here we have one of the moderators on this site making it quite clear that they intend not to do so in future, and see explanations as simply a courtesy anyway, rather than a duty.

I sent the girl a fuckin PM, she posted it in it's entirety including my name. Won't happen again with her. A PM is a courtesy. One shat upon by her. Moving the thread was a good move. The post recieved over 20 repllies before I moved it. This wasn't Moderation, limiting free speech but separating a thread that had gone clearly off topic.

My PM was sent in effort to ensure the poster understood why and offering the option of a title change. I won't send her another PM again. She has shown that she lacks the class to keep private messages private. end of story.

Good call in my opinion and a lesson learned about the personality of a poster here.

Think you're just looking for something to whine about. You wanna equate that with over moderation, deleteing/editing posts or banning poster for differing opinions? Can't stop ya. Nor Am I inclined to put any more effort into discussing it.
