This item above was just a partial of King Mongkut's offspring.
Reportedly, he had 82-85 children of some 40 queens, regent queens, and concubines - all falling under the royal mark.

This practice and protocol ended after King Chulalongkorn's passing.

Today's Thai royals are quite extended, to one higher/lower degree/status or another - and the privileges that come with territory.
Goes into the hundreds - most which fly under the radar.
