It's not just "photoshopped to some degree". The statement was it is made from 5 pictures. Which would be OK by me but the lightning is just out of place.

Here a photo of a volcano with real lightning, not assembled. Lightning does accompany the volcanic ash cloud.

The smoke is a short exposure but there are stars visible down to the horizon.

I bet it is not real, photographic artefact or photoshopped. Since it appears only on a social media website my bet is fake. Nice looking though.
