I moved to Saskatoon when I was 20. Then to Edmonton when I was 24. Then back to BC 5 years ago. I'm not in the mood for moving again

So, it's in your hands, actually . . . nothing about being 'stuck' anywhere. Your choice

There was a prison thing, urban legend kinda thing, to slice a big deep X, just above someone's bunghole with a razor blade.

It can be stitched back up.

But every time he sits to push one out, it opens right back up again.

Anyway, I don't think TD has gotten to that level just yet, but perhaps in another week or two.

I lost money on real estate in all 3 Western Canadian provinces. I lost money on Bitcoin. So pretty much. Yes. Not everyone who works hard gets rewarded. You know that don't you ? I do have one sizable golden iron in the fire now. So I'll see how that goes

Bollox, you were rewarded with money for your hard work in the oil business, you lost your money on something that wasn't hard work.

From your post I can see you are also a loser. Perhaps if you used the lump on top of your shoulders more you would be better off.

How would I know? I'd never live in a shithole like that. It was a shithole when it was White, and it's still a shithole now that it's Brown.

lom has a very valid point. You hate the gar work and are unhappy because you can't get rich by doing nothing, even lost money. That should give you a hint.

That's not the point. I can't answer for ao but I doubt anyone has 'won every deal' they ever made. The difference is how they handle a loss - you break down and cry 'woe is me, the world is unfair' - and that's part of your problem.

Easy money . . . you're going to lose far far far more often than you will win

Actually. My problem is I am not suited to win in this pure grift inflation based lottery economy. I tried to play that game because its the only thing you can really do. There's zero interest on savings.

All you can do now , if you are a hard working saver, is hide in gold and wait for this retarded inflation based bubble economy to blow up. Which I am doing. But you Boomers grew up in the old economy and can play both sides of the board. You are playing with your old money in the grift years. And sitting on assets that you paid next to nothing for. Anyone who started playing in 2007/2008 ( Millenials) are stuck in the pure grift years

Yeah yeah. You are stuck in this Boomer oligarchy too. Gen X'ers were the first generation that the Boomers chewed up. Then they chewed through the millennials and now they are working on the Zoomers

Its none of that bullshit. Its Darwin' law. Sadly you got the short of of the stick on that end. Its survival of the fittest, not the weakest.

Any 'gen' isn't a single-minded mass of hundreds of millions of people, but that is secondary.

I find that you make far too many excuses why you can't do this/that/etc... I'm not saying you should be a starry-eyed optimist, but if you think everyone here who is part of the 'boomer' generation is wealthy simply due to the fact of being born during certain years then you're wrong.
