Yes mate that's it, if it gets too hot to often the solder deteriorates and cracks and the GPU lifts off from the motherboard, stripping out the motherboard and baking it for 20 minutes to might allow the solder to reinstate itself, then again it might bugger it totally but as it's useless as it is it's worth a go.

Getting the wife to explain to a Thai exactly what I wish to say. Sometimes my Thai is not good enough to explain to a Thai especially a technician of some sort what the perceived problem is. So ask the wife "please will you explain to the guy (for example) "the red light was not flashing last time we plugged it in"

Today I got "yes i know"

"well i know you know but please explain to him"

"But I know"

I'm just wondering if I have the only wife who seems incapable of speaking in the 3rd person and simply translating into Thai what her husband wishes to say, without some illogical female/Thai/farang filter.

Long story short because of other factors TBD is between 2020 - 2024.
