Copious amounts of alcohol cures the gout.
Someone said I need to drink 3l of water a day. Id fucking drown drinking that much.
I often get through 3 to 4lr of water during a morning of pointless gardening shit in the relentless heat of Isaan, but I would have thought that even an office, airco townie type such as yourself shoukd be drinkinh 3lr of water a fay?
It should be OK to drink water actually during classes.
Maybe check with the boss first.
I think it's the pissing he's more concerned about:rolleyes:

Tje guy in our village lost in the kamnan election today. He was giving B500 per person, another guy was giving B1000 per person, he lost as well. They are both heavily out of pocket now. Many in our village will give the money back to our guy, but it won't pay for the land he put up for the required loan.
It's about time the money angle was stopped. The richest is not always the best one to represent the community.
Indeed, it should be all about their policies.
Got to question anyone's motives who pays for votes.

Bribing someone else to vote in a particular way can result in a two-year prison sentence, and hindering or interfering with another person’s right to vote can land the offender in jail for three years.
Ffs I just wanna eat prawns, eat offal, crabs , liver n bacon etc and swirl frostys until the cows come home. Why does my big toe have to throb like a motherfucker. It ain't right. What an affliction
Lucky there's medication that allows me to carry on with the decadence with minimal pain.
True. But it's become a feature in the West with the mega rich trying to influence things. At least the thais don't have a Murdoch media? Or do they? Or the thai equivalent l I think the rich in asia have always influenced the outcome of elections. In the West it now seems its standard oligarchy behaviour. Who has the most money. Wins? We can blame the decades of SHIT media for this?
A bit off topic though. My bad
Here you go Ciz, extra large and right up your alley after today's posts...

My daily moan is I can't decide whether to tidy the garden, wash the cars or go for a bike ride in this scorching heat??
Its not actually quite right. The recommendation is for 3.7 litres of FLUID. You get about 20% of that from food, but everything counts - coffee, soda, milk, tea etc all count. They carefully omit beer from the list of fluids, but its basically water, so it counts.
Everyone is different as you rightly say - working outdoor you will definitely need more, indoor, somewhat less.
The two simple guidelines are:
1. You rarely feel thirsty
2. Your urine is colourless or light yellow
The darker your urine, the more dehydrated you are.
^ just to add, that obviously water is the best fluid by far,
