Fuk norvern monkeys, they must have been having a trial run with the fireworks last night, only 3 hours. Started today at 4pm and shows no sign of letting up. They clearly need to cut the dole for them further up here.

Different class of news up here too. This mornings life affirming story was of a family of four where the father was administering smack to the kids, both under 3, to keep them quiet. Properly fukd up.

It's probably not a good sign, to be honest.
Nope, happens to me too . . . therefore it is normal . . . nothing to be concerned about

I am very good at making a detailed shopping list. When I get back from Makro the list will be on the table, exactly where I left it.

I'd say 50% is doing pretty well.

I tried making a list on my phone but somehow that all got too tedious. Maybe (probably) there is an app out there.

Neighbours have just let off an air bomb repeater and they have pets, fvcking retards!
I wouldn't mind but they should know better being "professionals ".
    My dogs terrified!
He pissed himself last night, god knows what he'll be like tonight.
    He's fearless ordinarily, but fireworks...

    Rant over.

^ she isn't Thai but she is a woman and it never occurred to her to leave the dog at home when she went. It was one of many such incidents that cause us to argue.

Ex-colony and probably the only one where 'Britishness' is seen as a 'positive' in the sense of continuing traditions. The original and ensuing immigration European population was very English, unlike Aus or Canada or similar nations.

Yup - bonfires, fireworks . . . and frightened animals.

We live on a gully that has several paddocks with horses in them and every year the owners have to stay with the horses during the fireworks. I used to be ambivalent about fireworks but they definitely scare the crap out of our dog and the neighbours'.

Have you got limitations on the use ?

It's only allowed for a few days here.

You can buy it from dec 15 and lit the first fuse at the 27th.

I used to love it as a kid, so can't really support my own wish of banning it
