You boys are really coming along.
Not sorted/bothered to work out how to post pics here but someone asked me to draw Fido for Xmas.
I'll send it to nige (the boss of this thread) n if hes got time, maybe he can put it up.

It came from an iPad if that makes any difference Nige..
Something else a bit different is coming next from me I am working on a watercolour of Westminster Bridge complete with the river Thames Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
I am doing it in only 4 colours from the Marmeris Blue range so very kindly given to me by EG.
Also I am using mixing knowledge I have gleaned from the book he's lent me.
I'm really pleased so far, but it's on crap Thai paper.
Anyway when I have time I'm gonna sit on the north bank of the Thames and do it in the real
Wow SFB, that is lovely. Are you a professional or a hobbyist or a graphics guy or something?Quote:

Thanks lads:)
Ok got me Internet back now.
Here's Westminster Bridge done from those 4 swatches of colour on the side, bit of a crap painting I know, but gives an idea of colour mixing.
I will paint this again in oil pastel and watercolour.
I love the subject matter.

Dunno about Agatha Christie QC, , might find it in a mag rack in some dead end sub soi off Bangla road, fronting up something unmentionable Dillingers got up to in the name of human research
:)
Well knock me down with a feather, I put that last pic on my Facebook page and someone's bought it!
Happy days :)
Well done, love it.
How did the Maimeri handle for you?

Lovely paints EG thank you kindly. I only used very little, mix well, I love the way the French ultra and Burton umber fall apart.
Got a few of yours on my e-mail if you want them up, smugster?Quote:
