Well due to ongoing financial problems, ie to many foking outgoings on my poxy garden wall, and not enough incomeings from all the small jobs I have, here is my dinner tonight, yep a big joes sausage roll, at a mere 45baht it seems to me to be a bargain, yes I do realise that the title of the thread is "Low end Thai Restaurants", but my place is low end and the meat is from a thai pig, so that justifys putting it in this thread, I believe

    Now don't that look good

I tell you what it was pretty damn good, good meat and pastry, 20 baht cheaper than the competition and it's bigger, I got to admit I lied a bit though, I didn't eat all of it and I am now eating mash potatoe and steak, but me galfriend has said one and a half hours before her first lesbian experience, that she is going for it ok it was supposed to be 8pm, but now it looks like 9.30pm, me knobs already getting a bit sore, I think she is haveing me on...

the gogo bar on the hill, they don't know me there well some of them do but I cant take her to yodsak as they will all be screaming out "dirtydog come to my bar" and she may get a bit suspicious, she might suss on that I have been there before,I don't think she is gonna go for it though, it will end up with me shagging some ugly gal with stretch marks and me wearing a condom, but I got a plan I'm gonna ask her if she takes it up the ass first, if the galfriend bottles it then the other gal gets it up the jacksy

Although the sauce on this fish looks spicy, it's not. Really. With sweet/sour/salty flavor the sauce is a great condiment for these freshly fried fish. At 40 baht a piece, leaves a few baht for some sticky rice and couple of big Chaangs. Get one of these guys early in the evening while they're still warm. after they sit out a couple fo hours they tend to lose their appeal.

Eat at this market two - three times a week.
Got the shits more times from The PIzza than I have eating at this market
Then I eat pizza once a month
Ths is my favorite fried chicken place; beats KFC all to hell.
And those fermented little bits of pork ribs? The best beer food money can buy.

I got to admit I prefer the thai fried chicken to poxy kfc chicken that you need sauces with just to give it some flavour, colonel foking saunders and his secret flavouring is quite obviously cardboard....

I don't do bones, gristle or skin so it's better I cook it myself or go to a proper restaurant.

Well today was mainly spent at the land office on soi 17, so this lucky restaurant was the reciever of my hard earned cash, Its the shop house opposite the land office and once upon a time had a lovely white tiled floor, now it looks like someone has gone round with a hammer smashing loads of them, still this is the low end places thread so it doesn't really matter, when I first sat down I thought this kid was the cook, but luckily it turned out he was just frying himself an egg.

Anyway out comes his mom and takes my usual order for pad kappow, I should mention at this point that there was an incredible amount of flies, but this place is in the middle of what would be considered a council estate in England, sort of place that attracts low end ppl, I quite feel sorry for the ppl there that have nice houses, anyway as she starts adding the ingredients she shows me a tablespoon full of chilli, is this enough chilli she asks as she started to pour it in, I panicked a bit and got her to stop, there is noway I want to refer to my asshole as the ring of fire tomorrow morning, anyway all in all 35baht for a coke and a reasonable meal aint too bad

I forgot last nights meal, one of my favourites, this me galfriend cooked and I ate at my low end home/shophouse, the old ribs from a pig chopped up and fried in garlic with a lime and chilli dip, this I don't bother eating in restaurants as they get their pig ribs from the market and have gristle and flies vomit on them, you do know that flies eat, like, dog shite for instance and then spew it up and then re eat it I assume.

I’m a pretty low end sort of guy (and a newbie here) and really appreciate the info that is here. Although, are there any new posts around anywhere or is everything pretty much the same - price and location (Pattaya) wise that is?

    ^ Welcome to Teakdoor.

If you browse through the different forums you will find many member revues and information about all the different restaurants in Pattaya and elsewhere in Thailand.

Click/open Forum Home and scroll down, find your poison and away you go.
