    I never cook here as I'm too lazy. I suppose I could make an effort one day, but not today. I've got a rugger match this afternoon and one to watch later tonight.

    Marmers how about the weekend of the 18th a saturday you take the photos and I will make the chili, we can get a few more guys over as well. The old lady and kids will be at a Dharma camp the 18th 19th and 20th.

    After the beans are nice and soft it is time to work on the meat. Here I am talking red meat. Cholesterol be damned, I am talking about real food. Some people use hamburger but I like to go for the nicer choices of the steer. I dice the shit out of a good pound or so and then shovel the mess into the skillet to brown the meat. About half way through I add a diced onion. The key here is to slowly brown the meat.

    Ok, I have been out shopping and believe I have all the ingredients to make a proper chili, notice the yankee spelling? yep I know how to cook a proper chili, now all I got to do is clean the kitchen up a bit so it's safe to make food in there

    The cleaning the kitchen up bit is putting me off a bit, I think I need a flame thrower just to sanitise the bloody room, ok, Sunday I normally take the family out, but fok them this sunday, they are going to clean the kitchen and they are going to bloody well enjoy cleaning it, did I mention capsicums? yes one of the secret ingredients, yes I bought 2 today, differant colored ones, notice how colored is spelt? I got these yankees worried

    yep good spelling on color. But, why do you guys call the pepper with the least amount of capsicum, capsicums?? is it intenetional irony or just an ability to handle any thing with a bit o real capsicum???

    I never call them capsicums. I thought that was simplified English.
