    No problem.

I get the impression that the ThaiVisa forum is disappearing up it's own arse. Instead of having rules about what you can't post they should tell their members what topics are allowed.

Ah, yes, thanks for your recent reds and for bumping this thread up for more quality comments, it was well worth it, nice troll.

I guess we shouldn't eat pigs either. They show more 'dog qualities' than dogs do.

^ Funny you should say that.
I was going to bring up that pigs make good pets.

Yeah, maybe we should do with pigs as rigger does with dogs - shoot and skin them, then dispose of the remnants.
That doesn't seem to attract any threats of violence.

But eating them surely is "foked in the head".

So what are the legal aspects of eating your pet dogs. I'm sure "cruelty to animals" has some equivalent in the Thai legal system.

Can William tell us, "Is it legal to eat your pet dog in Thailand" ?

Also if it is illegal what sort of strategy would you use in court to try and get stroller out of it? Diminished responsibility?

I quote a moderator from a forum for Old Age Pensioners

^Some of the posts have been removed.

Please bear in mind that we have many animal lovers on the forum and the pictures and links which have been removed are not what the majority of members would wish to see.

Please keep this thread on topic.

Out of interest, Stroller, is part (or all) of the reason for this thread "shock value"? I mean, it upsets the dog lovers, stirs up a bit of controversy, runs for well over 100 posts, gets the old argument going about which animals are morally acceptable to eat.... And gets it dug up again 7 months after OP.

Wouldn't have got that response if the original meat you were talking about was beef, would it? You'd have been lucky to get 20 posts out of beef. I'm sure that dog isn't the only meat you eat, but it seems to be the one you post about most, so is part of it because you like the reactions?

That's a genuine question, I'm not being funny. I personally don't agree with eating dog, particularly one you've kept as a pet, but AFAIK, it's legal & it seems to be a cultural norm in some areas, so I can't really argue with your (or anyone else's) choices on that matter. I'm just interested in your motivations for posting about it.

I was just posting another recipe thread, it was others who turned it into something else and kept digging it up, if you bothered to read and note who said what, dear.
It's not me who keeps commenting on eating dogs, but a bunch of morons think it's funny to follow me around with their 'jokes' and threats - seems I can add another one to the list, cheers.

Dumplings: Yes, I make some mean yeast-dumplings and they go well with any sort of stew. Easy to make: 2 cups of wheat flower, salt, some butter and a teaspoon of dried yeast. Mix with milk and water into a dough and let it stand for 20 minutes. Knead again, form into lemon sized balls and cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

^ Don't recall making a joke or threat; maybe I'm funnier or more menacing than I realise...

Am I a moron? Yeah, possibly.

Never heard of dumplings made with yeast, do they work?
