    Best Thai Restaurant in Pattaya

I seem to be going back to this one on Soi Theprassit more and more often, the one next to the car wash down Jomtien Beach road end, this place is pretty damn good, ok they put up the price of noodle soup and I aint gonna forgive them for that, so I had the stewed pork with rice, add in a pepsi to that and it cost 40baht, great place to go if you need your car washed

I am now sticking with the Soi Theprasit restaurant in post 47 51 52, I have tried about 50 Thai restaurants down that Soi now and this one is consisently the best, you ask for no fat, gristle and offal and you don't get it, every meal I have had there has been good to great, this was my Thai stewed pork over rice today, also comes with a nice spring onion soup, all for 30baht.

^Yeah but seems to be the end of the thread unless I start working again and have to eat in other areas, I really can't see the point of trying others when this one is so good all the time, and i tried them all if a guy can make his fortune out of selling 25baht and 30 baht meals then this guy deserves it, sadly I don't think they can

    Pattaya Center Road Noodle Restaurant

Well sadly it seems my favourite noodle soup shop in Jomtien has closed down, he hasn't been open for about 4 days so what to do? All the others in Jomtien are crap compared to him so it was a trip into Pattaya, I used to go to this place a lot several years ago, 15baht for beef noodle soup, it's on Pattaya Klang Road near Soi Bua Khao, I was there at about 7.30am this morning and found out that they only do noodle soup in the evenings So it was off down towards Soi Bua Khao to the next one, the only thing I can say about this place is "Disappointing", mediocre chicken noodle soup for 35baht.

She also does other Thai foods but I was after noodle soup, did meet a nice Phillipino girl in there though with great big breasts, so that made up for it a bit

The noodle soup was ok compared to the majority of places, but I was really wanting to eat at my favourite place

Well I had to take the girlfriend to Au Udom today, thats about 15kms from Pattaya on the way to Sri Racha and Bangkok, she went to get her 2,000baht government handout thing they are doing, a bit funny to see Thais pulling up in nice shiny mercedes and queuing up for their handout, although what they must have thought about a farang being there I have no idea, I mean we're all rich, aint we?

So on the way back she decides to treat me to a noodle soup, she's a big spender like that, I think this reastaurant is just past Lambanchang near Banglamung, big place on Sukhumvit road, nice and clean.

    The cooking area.

Lots of empty tables, but it was around 2.30pm.

One 25baht pork noodle soup, pretty damn good and plenty of pork in it.
